2. Fill in the "Organization" name
3. Click the "Add to Cart" button

4. This will take you to a secure "Paypal" shopping cart.
5. There you will confirm that the registrant is in your cart.
6. If this is the only registrant, please proceed to the checkout.
7. If you need to add more registrant, click the "Continue Shopping" button which will return you to this page to fill in another name.
8. Then click "Add to Cart" and so on until you have all your registrants.
9. Then please proceed to the check out to fill in payment information.
10. After you have successfully checked out, you will be returned to the MAFO homepage
